Our Reconditioning Process:
Every IBC Tote is inspected, washed and tested to adhere to all applicable standards and regulations. 1. Inspection: Every IBC tote is carefully inspected for any damage or wear to ensure it meets RCRA-industry standards and any requirements you may specify. 2. Cleaning: The totes are thoroughly rinsed and cleaned using specialized equipment to remove any residues and contaminants. 3. Testing: Each tote is thoroughly pressure tested to ensure the bottle, valve and fittings have "like-new" structural integrity and functionality 4. UN Recertificaton: Our reconditioned and rebottled IBC totes are fully UN recertified for use over the next 2.5 years and meet applicable CFR, RCRA, and DOT standards. Our QC Department is dedicated to ensuring all Reconditioned IBC Totes are safe and suitable for your industrial needs.
Rebottled IBC Totes
At A1 Rotomold, we also offer "Rebottled" IBC Totes. Our rebottled IBCs combine a brand-new inner bottle with a reconditioned outer cage, providing the best of both worlds: The reliability and cleanliness of a new container with the cost savings and environmental benefits of reusing materials.

IBC Tote Specifications (Reconditioned and Rebottled):
Capacity: Available in standard sizes- 275 gallon and 330 gallon containers.
Material: High-density polyethylene (HDPE) for the inner bottle and galvanized steel for the cage.
Compatibility: Suitable for storage, use and transportation of a wide range of gravity-fed liquids, including both hazardous and non-hazardous materials.

IBC RETURN AND RECYCLING
At A1 ROTOMOLD, we offer a convenient and environmentally responsible solution for the pickup and recycling of dirty IBC totes.

Our efficient service ensures that your used industrial containers are properly cleaned, recycled, and repurposed, helping you maintain a sustainable operation while adhering to regulatory standards.
Before filling out the below form to speak with someone about a pickup, please ensure you have read our recycling program requirements regarding used IBC Totes 1. Totes must be fully emptied. Small amounts of residue is unavoidable, but totes containing more than 1 gallon of liquid will be rejected. 2. Contents must be water soluble. We accept IBCs containing a wide range of chemical residues, but certain chemical aggregates; like Friction Reducers (polyacrimides), Coagulants and Solids may not be accepted. 3. IBC Totes containing Hazardous Materials* residue must be placarded and sealed for transport as if they were still full. (*HazMat requiring any special permitting will have to be triple rinsed at your facility prior to being evaluated for pickup) 4. All used tote shipments must be accompanied with a BOL outlining the various residues and SDS Safety Sheets if the residues are Hazardous. NOTE: Totes containing residues we cannot accept for recycling or having residual quantities over allowable limits will be rejected at our facility
