Return Policy: A-1 Rotomolds

At A-1 Rotomolds, we stand behind the quality of our IBC totes.

If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

 

1. Report the issue within 14 days of delivery.

2. Photographic evidence may be required to verify the damage or defect.

3. Do not dispose of or alter the tote until the claim is reviewed.

4. For all inquiries or to begin a return, please contact: arie@a1rotomold.com.

    

All returns must be pre-authorized. Upon confirmation of a manufacturing or reconditioning defect, we will either replace the product, provide a *refund or issue a credit toward your next order, at our discretion.

 

*Please note, Refunds will only be processed for defective products.
